The closets are nicely organized, a few flowers are strategically placed through. The garage can fit the cars in with a few boxes set on some shelves. The basement is free of clutter. The buyers can not find anything wrong with the place. In fact, the only people that have anything negative to say are the ones that the house is not a good match for them. All the other potential clients are impressed.
Remember, when you go shopping for a new home, you look at many. The only ones that stand out are the ones that show like a model home. People are willing to pay for a beautiful, well kept home. The more they find wrong with your home the more money they will deduct from the asking price. When your home looks outstanding, more people will be interested in it. We all know that beauty contracts, so apply this to your home. Treat it like a relationship.
